Your POS system is the central hub for managing sales, orders, and customer transactions in Leapcount.

POS Interface Overview

Detailed Navigation:

  1. Product Selection:

    • Browse categories (All Products/Drink/Food)
    • View product details including:
      • Name (e.g., "Pocari Sweat")
      • Price (e.g., SGD 3.00)
      • Stock level (e.g., 100 available)
      • Product ID (e.g., 500002)

  2. Cart Management:

    • Real-time display of selected items
    • Quantity adjustment controls
    • Clear cart option

Order Management

Creating Orders - Step by Step:

  1. Add Items:

    • Tap products to add to cart
    • View accumulating total (e.g., SGD 13.00 for sample order)

  2. Table Assignment:

    • Select "Table Assignment" button
    • Choose from available tables (e.g., Table 1)
    • Confirm capacity matches party size

  3. Special Requests:

    • Add notes to items if needed
    • Modify quantities before finalizing

Complete Checkout Process

  1. Review Order:

    • Verify all items and quantities
    • Confirm table assignment if applicable
    • Check special requests

  2. Payment Selection:

    • Cash: Enter exact amount received
    • Digital: Connect payment terminal
    • Split: Divide between methods

  3. Tax Calculation:

    • System automatically applies:
      • Subtotal (e.g., SGD 13.00)
      • Tax (10% = SGD 1.30)
      • Final Total (e.g., SGD 14.30)

  1. Header Information:

    • Business name ("Leapcount")
    • Address ("Test Address, 29432, Indonesia")

  2. Item Breakdown:

    • Product name (e.g., "Pocari Sweat")
    • Quantity × Price (e.g., "1 × 3.00")
    • Line total (e.g., "SGD 3.00")

  3. Financial Summary:

    • Subtotal
